Everything within the company revolves around the theme of quality. Since 1998, Galvaniche Ripamonti has obtained the certification of its quality system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 regulation, an important goal that recognizes that attention has always been paid to ensure the guarantee of continuous improvement involving all corporate levels.

A policy of continuous improvement that Galvaniche Ripamonti has prepared, documented, and realized in a Quality System is always followed; this ensures that its processes are in compliance with the requirements specified and requested by the clients.

For this reason, a quality structure composed of the following has been implemented:

• an office responsible for the monitoring, tracking, and classification of the items included in the productive process
• a salt fog chamber for testing in accordance with ISO 9227
• 2 X-ray Fisherscope instruments for the testing of batches post-production
• a chemical laboratory for analyses of the galvanic baths and for the control of all of the products and substances provided to us for the productive process.

The quality of the product being processed is followed and monitored through dedicated software that allows qualified operators to monitor the processing parameters and the technical specifications.

Galvaniche Ripamonti Is also committed to the continuous improvement of the health and safety of the work environment. In fact, within the company there is a protection and prevention service that coordinates all of the activities carried out. We aim to provide a safe and professional work environment and, at the same time, achieve finishes that satisfy the needs of our clients.
