Coating with a light veil of emulsifiable oil that greatly increases the resistance characteristics of the galvanic treatment to corrosion from atmospheric agents. This oil has been carefully selected by our R&D department to have the best protective action with guarantees of anti-allergenicity.

Mechanical surface finishing to give the best aesthetic characteristics and to eliminate residues or burrs from previous work that may interfere with the final result.

The dehydrogenation treatment, carried out in special furnaces at a temperature of 180-200°C, is advisable for pieces undergoing particular mechanical stress (springs, chains, screws, etc.). The features regarding times and temperature can be set according to customer requirements.

Immersion of the pieces in special paints (acrylic based) to preserve them from wear from external agents. The treatment maintains the aesthetic characteristics of the piece unaltered for a long time.

Physical-chemical inhibition treatment to preserve manufactured pieces, components, and details from the aging of galvanic carryover.
